Antwerp sculptor, he studied at the Higher Institute of Antwerp with Thomas Vonçotte then continued his studies at the Academy of Brussels. He sculpts figures and portraits (A.J.J. Delen, Willem Elsschot, Emile Vloors, Saint-Jean, ...). A commemorative plaque for Henri Conscience is in the Antwerp Zoological Garden.
From 1932 to 1950, he was professor of sculpture at the Academy of Antwerp.
Exhibited in Antwerp, in 1920, at the Salon Triennal d'Anvers in 1911, Salon Triennal de Liège in 1924, Outdoor exhibition at the Maison d'Erasme in Anderlecht, at Middelheim 1950 ....
