Biography:
Jean-Claude Mahey comes from a family of decorative painters. JCM graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués in Paris in 1966. Ten years later, he founded his own contemporary furniture design company. Working closely with his wife, Betty Mahey, they presented numerous models that were distributed in France and around the world. Using elegant materials such as lacquer, precious metals, rich woods and marble, Mahey's creations are made in their own workshop.
