Biography ( Sculpture in Belgium from 1830 to the present day, Engelen Marx):
Klara Reynders was born on December 8, 1936 and passed away on December 4, 2021. After teaching gymnastics at her parents' request, she chose to bring her creative side to the fore. She took the "General Design, Modeling and Sculpture" course at the Heusden-Zolder Academy, finishing in 1989 with a gold medal.
She began by working with clay, and over four years developed a secret technique that has given her ceramics a unique style. "Ceramic pastry-making and paper-making are crafts that have become art forms. "
Klara also explored sewing, drawing, painting and recycling to create right up to her last days. "I don't like straight lines. In nature, everything is curved and round."
