Now known as La Mirande, this former Milieu du Monde villa was built in 1900 for Léopold Leclercq, then acquired by the architect Jules Lalière, who, together with his brother Jean, also an architect, gave it its current appearance in 1947-1948. The former ‘holiday resort’ building took on the look of a small château with neo-Baroque accents, while maintaining a regionalist background.
Nearby, the two-storey, five-bay former conciergerie has been converted into the ‘Suite de la Mirande’ B&B.
